Do you offer weekly and biweekly cleanings service?Absolutely! We offer weekly, biweekly and monthly cleaning services.

Do I need to provide cleaning supplies?Nope! We bring our own cleaning products and supplies. We use ecofriendly products that work and are safe for your family, pets, and the environment. We may use certain essential oils. Just let us know if you have any allergies or sensitives so we can accommodate with unscented products.

How do I book a cleaning?You can book by calling us 931-340-9532, using our contact form, or social media.

What payment methods do you accept?We accept cash, check and credit cards on the day of service.

Do I have to be home during the cleaning?At Supreme Clean Home Solutions, we understand that every client's situation is different and we aim to accommodate various preferences. While it is entirely up to you whether you and your family are home during the cleaning, we do find that we can perform our cleaning services more efficiently when the home is empty. This allows our team to focus fully on delivering the highest quality service without any interruptions. However, if your family needs to be home, we are still more than capable of working around you, though it might take a bit longer. Rest assured, all our employees undergo thorough background checks, and our company is insured and bonded, so you can feel secure while we work.

What if I need to cancel or reschedule?We understand that things come up! Please let us know at least 48 hours in advance to reschedule or cancel your appointment. If less than 48 hours we do have the right to charge a 50% cancellation fee.
