Frequently asked questions
All of our cleaners are interviewed and have to pass a nationwide background checked. We do not hire anyone unless they pass this background check.
At Supreme Clean Home Solutions, we understand that every client's situation is different and we aim to accommodate various preferences. While it is entirely up to you whether you and your family are home during the cleaning, we do find that we can perform our cleaning services more efficiently when the home is empty. This allows our team to focus fully on delivering the highest quality service without any interruptions. However, if your family needs to be home, we are still more than capable of working around you, though it might take a bit longer. Rest assured, all our employees undergo thorough background checks, and our company is insured and bonded, so you can feel secure while we work.

We strive to provide thorough and detailed cleanings with every visit. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with our service, please contact us within 24 hours of the cleaning. We will promptly schedule a return visit to address the areas of concern and ensure your home meets our high standards. Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we are dedicated to making it right.
We understand that things come up! Please let us know at least 48 hours in advance to reschedule or cancel your appointment. If less than 48 hours we do have the right to charge a 50% cancellation fee, which goes right to our cleaners for the loss of work that day.
Nope! We bring our own cleaning products and supplies. We use ecofriendly products that work and are safe for your family, pets, and the environment. We may use certain essential oils. Just let us know if you have any allergies or sensitives so we can accommodate with unscented products.
For our own health, safety and liability concerns, we do not clean hoarder homes and pest infestations, blinds that are prone to breaking (ex. white, flimsy blinds), hoarder homes, biohazards (feces, urine, vomit, blood, drug paraphernalia, etc.), infestations (bugs, pests, etc.), climb/use second story ladders, etc.
We have three levels of security in place. First off our booking page is protected by extended validation SSL. Secondly, our booking form has it’s own layer of 256 bit security. Third, credit card transactions are processed by Square and is layered on their own 256 security protocol. In addition, no credit card numbers are stored in our system (only a token that allows us to charge the card). Rest assured we take security very seriously
